About the role

You identify customer potential and work closely with customers on innovative projects
You lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams
You translate complex bioprocesses and customer requirements into product designs and features
You take responsibility for the customer experience by optimizing processes and supporting or conducting trials at the customer's site
You ensure that customer requirements as well as product and market trends are incorporated

A completed university degree in engineering, biotechnology, or a related field
At least five years of practical experience in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry
Excellent ability to maintain customer relationships
Strong understanding of bioprocesses and current trends in process intensification and new modalities
Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented personality
Business-fluent English
Communication and team skills, a hands-on mentality, and a creative, open-minded approach
