About the role
- Promote products and services: Drive sales across assigned accounts and territories to meet revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities: Align with organizational growth strategies to expand market presence.
- Leverage SFDC CRM: Document leads, track opportunities, and analyze customer data for insights and performance.
- Launch innovative products: Introduce new solutions to the market and ensure successful adoption.
- Assess customer needs: Generate leads, respond to inquiries, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop account plans: Coordinate resources and strategies to maximize account potential.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing and internal teams to strengthen market perception.
- Build long-term relationships: Establish trust and partnerships that drive sustained success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering (advanced education a plus).
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in biotech or life sciences.
- Hands-on CRM expertise: Proactive use of SFDC and other CRM tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented: Able to work independently with accountability.
- Team player: Proven ability to collaborate across functions.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
