About the role

  • Responsible for planning and procuring materials for the production area
  • Ensure uninterrupted and optimized supply of finished products
  • Guarantee on-time delivery through continuous monitoring and reporting of internal KPIs
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Work closely with upstream and downstream teams across the supply chain
  • Maintain data in SAP and participate in projects

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial/administrative vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in material requirements planning and procurement
  • Very good skills in MS Office and SAP applications, such as MRP Exception Monitor and Tableau
  • Independent and swift problem-solving approach to challenges
  • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as an independent and systematic way of working
  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
