About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inspect precision-molded components in a clean, air-conditioned, state-of-the-art environment where attention to detail is crucial.
  • Follow safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions.
  • Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and labeling for accuracy and traceability.
  • Monitor multiple semi-automated machines and catch defects early.
  • Document inspection results, production counts, and key information accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and support basic machine upkeep.
  • Support efforts to reduce scrap and improve overall production quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Character of exceptional reliability, dependability, and integrity
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, simple calculations)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
  • Previous manufacturing, inspection, injection molding experience. Background working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to work 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) or 2nd shift (2:30 PM to 11 PM) or 3rd shift (10 PM to 6 AM), Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.
  • Frequent use of hands to handle and inspect small parts
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds (regularly) and up to 25 pounds (occasionally)
  • Ability to work in an environment with ongoing background noise
