About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overseeing daily operations in the Kit Assembly / Clean Room
  • Establish work procedures and meet daily and weekly production goals
  • Maintain 5S standards to promote workplace organization and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with the Planning department to prioritize production orders and ensure timely completion of work
  • Track and maintain production metrics: output, downtime and labor hours
  • Monitor production efficiency, ensuring products meet quality standards
  • Track, analyze, and communicate KPIs to drive operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, quality, GMP to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Directly supervise, coach, and mentor employees in the Kit Assembly area, fostering a high-performing team
  • Address employee relations, attendance, performance, and corrective actions in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work Day shift (8:00AM - 5:00 PM), Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays or additional hours to meet business needs
  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience plus three years in a supervisory role
  • Ability to interpret, and prepare production reports, technical documents, work instructions, and business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively communicate, written, and oral, and present information
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data, perform basic calculations, and make sound decisions in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing production priorities
  • Regularly sit, stand, walk, and use hands for handling, reaching, and operating equipment
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Possess close vision and depth perception to perform inspection
  • Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and a moderate noise level
