About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Keep production running at its best.
Setting up and adjusting production and printing equipment based on the production schedule.
Quickly identifying issues and restarting machinery when alarms or problems occur.
Checking printed products and making adjustments to ensure standards are met.
Cleaning equipment and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Documenting maintenance needs and required repairs.
Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Certification in Mechanics, Electronics, or a related technical field (ideal), or equivalent experience
Ability to work 1st shift (6:00AM to 2:30PM, Monday-Friday/some Saturdays)
Physically able of lifting up to 25 lbs. (regularly) and 50+ lbs. (occasionally)
Comfortable working with production equipment and machinery with moderate noise
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in various environments for extended periods
