About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle and process customer inquiries (phone and email)
  • Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Qualify requests and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while complying with internal procedures and processing timeframes
  • Analyze and process customer complaints through to resolution
  • Monitor and follow up on customer files
  • Update and maintain the customer database (ERP)
  • Create requests or make changes to customer forms/contracts
  • Collaborate with all cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, billing, etc.)
  • Maintain clear, professional communication both internally and externally
  • Proactively propose improvements to optimize the customer experience
  • Implement continuous improvement actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in remote customer relations (phone, email)
  • Strong written communication and administrative skills
  • Proficient with office tools (Microsoft Office, ERP)
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Organized and able to manage priorities
  • Ability to handle multiple incoming calls simultaneously
