About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle and process customer inquiries (phone and email)
- Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Qualify requests and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction while complying with internal procedures and processing timeframes
- Analyze and process customer complaints through to resolution
- Monitor and follow up on customer files
- Update and maintain the customer database (ERP)
- Create requests or make changes to customer forms/contracts
- Collaborate with all cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, billing, etc.)
- Maintain clear, professional communication both internally and externally
- Proactively propose improvements to optimize the customer experience
- Implement continuous improvement actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in remote customer relations (phone, email)
- Strong written communication and administrative skills
- Proficient with office tools (Microsoft Office, ERP)
- Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Organized and able to manage priorities
- Ability to handle multiple incoming calls simultaneously
