About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage financial reporting
- Produce a reliable, consistent monthly reporting package on time
- Perform economic analyses and necessary controls in close cooperation with Accounting
- Develop and distribute performance dashboards
- Conduct profitability analyses by site, customer, contract, and flow
- Communicate performance results to the Group and Executive Management
- Structure, facilitate and secure the budgeting process
- Produce financial trajectories (P&L, CAPEX, balance sheet)
- Monitor budgets monthly, analyze variances and anticipate deviations
- Define and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify performance optimization levers
- Provide analytical and financial support to Management requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
- Good mastery of cost accounting and cost construction mechanisms
- Proven experience in an industrial environment (cost analysis, margins, processes, productivity)
- Excellent Excel skills (modeling, automation, making reporting reliable)
- Experience with an ERP system (JDE, SAP or equivalent)
- Good command of a Business Intelligence tool (BO, Power BI or equivalent)
- Fluent English (regular interactions with European Business Units and Group)
