About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic leadership of corporate client development
- Develop and implement a national key accounts strategy
- Define target segments
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities
- Manage strategic accounts and drive customer retention
- Negotiate and close framework agreements
- Ensure long-term client relationships
- Proactively acquire new major clients
- Social selling and digital visibility
- Close coordination with operations
- Disciplinary and technical management of central key accounts teams
- Regular reporting to management
- Interface management and internal collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Business, Management or equivalent
- 8–10 years' experience in sales roles
- Team management and strategic account management
- Development of commercial/sales strategy
- Multi-site management and team leadership
- Key account negotiation and handling RFPs/tenders
- Commercial data analysis and performance management
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Knowledge of the environmental, waste, logistics or agri-food sectors
- Fluent in English
