Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic leadership of corporate client development
  • Develop and implement a national key accounts strategy
  • Define target segments
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage strategic accounts and drive customer retention
  • Negotiate and close framework agreements
  • Ensure long-term client relationships
  • Proactively acquire new major clients
  • Social selling and digital visibility
  • Close coordination with operations
  • Disciplinary and technical management of central key accounts teams
  • Regular reporting to management
  • Interface management and internal collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Business, Management or equivalent
  • 8–10 years' experience in sales roles
  • Team management and strategic account management
  • Development of commercial/sales strategy
  • Multi-site management and team leadership
  • Key account negotiation and handling RFPs/tenders
  • Commercial data analysis and performance management
  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the environmental, waste, logistics or agri-food sectors
  • Fluent in English
