About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing greenfield, brownfield, and commissioning activities on electrical systems
- Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to identify and resolve complex electrical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute electrical commissioning activities
- Develop, implement, and enforce commissioning protocols and procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive records of commissioning activities
- Provide technical leadership, support, and guidance to commissioning teams

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical installations, operations, and maintenance within the power generation industry
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and expertise in power plant electrical systems and equipment
- Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for electrical systems
- Familiarity with industry regulations, industry codes & standards, and best practices related to power plant electrical operations, maintenance, commissioning, and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the United States as required
