About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as an internal training consultant, collaborating with upper management, division managers, subject-matter experts, and end users across the organization.
Assess and address employee training needs.
Apply expertise in how people learn as you design and develop new learning solutions.
Apply basic project management skills to lead your assigned projects through the entire ADDIE development cycle.
Courses often cover technical engineering concepts and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives.
Build polished final deliverables that contain clear instructional copy, adhere to brand guidelines, and incorporate basic graphic design/visual communication principles.
Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders consistently throughout the project.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience as an Instructional Designer, Curriculum Designer, Learning Experience Designer, or similar position.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, English, or relevant field.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in e-learning development software (Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline).
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to work with templates and adhere to style guidelines to create polished and consistent final deliverables.
Experience working with highly technical, complex content.
Experience leveraging AI across the ADDIE cycle.
