About the role
- Review and oversee the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program for all project phases
- Conduct regular audits of contractor activities to verify conformity with design documents and project specifications
- Ensure that contractors are utilizing the latest revisions of design documents
- Monitor the proper storage and maintenance of materials and equipment
- Review and evaluate construction test reports and compliance documentation
- Provide oversight of construction activities
- Ensure that all quality records and 'as-built' documentation are properly maintained
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical quality assurance, operations, and maintenance within the power generation industry
- Familiarity with industry regulations, industry codes & standards, and best practices related to power plant construction, operations, maintenance, and safety

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the United States as required
