About the role
- Provide development support, conceptual design and owner’s engineer services to clients
- Perform technical evaluations of electric power generation projects and facilities
- Conduct engineering design reviews and project development support
- Showcase particular experience in mechanical design of thermal power projects
- Opportunity to travel within the United States as well as internationally
Requirements
- BSME from an ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission-approved program with a strong academic background
- 12 or more years of experience in the electric power industry, including experience in detailed design of the mechanical systems of thermal power projects
- Experience in development support, conceptual design, and owner’s engineering design reviews of thermal power projects
- Excellent technical communication and writing skills
- General understanding of power station operations and performance reviews is a plus
- A familiarity with international design codes and standards is preferred
