About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs across planning, execution, and governance
Build relationships with executives and key stakeholders to align on outcomes
Translate technical solutions into business value and strategy
Drive program governance including scope, risks, and dependencies
Oversee Microsoft Fabric implementations and data platform modernization
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, AI)
Facilitate executive steering committees and decision forums
Develop adoption and change management strategies
Monitor delivery performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
Support business development and client engagement activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in Data & AI program management
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric
5+ years of experience with Azure Data Services
8+ years of experience in stakeholder management
5+ years of experience in data platform modernization
5+ years of experience in Agile delivery
5+ years of experience in governance & risk management
Consultative experience in AI/ML Enablement (3+ years preferred)
Certifications in Azure, Fabric, PMP, Scrum Master preferred
