About the role
- Lead and execute complex, enterprise-scale UX design projects
- Conduct discovery and create prototypes and prototyping states
- Apply Design Thinking and run Google Design Sprints
- Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams
- Create, maintain, and implement design systems
- Present designs and communicate with stakeholders
- Use professional design tools (Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Axure, InVision)
- Implement HTML/CSS as needed
- Participate in external UX groups and communities
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
- Significant experience on complex, enterprise-scale design projects
- Experience with discovery and prototyping states
- Experience with Design Thinking and Google Design Sprints
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent skills in professional design tools e.g., Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Axure, InVision
- Experience in using/creating design systems
- Keen interest in, or knowledge of, banking or finance
- HTML/CSS development skills
- Participation in external UX groups or communities
- Bachelor's/University degree (Master's preferred)
- At least one formal UX Qualification
