About the role

  • Support and maintain D365 Finance & Operations modules
  • Perform administrative tasks and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across GL, AP, AR, and reporting
  • Collaborate with end users and IT teams to correct data and system errors
  • Recommend process and system improvements to prevent recurring issues
  • Document resolutions and maintain support logs
  • Ensure system integrations function effectively for retail operations
  • Participate in testing and validation of fixes and enhancements
  • Provide technical input for enterprise structure configurations
  • Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations
  • Assist with reporting and analytics setup
  • Follow compliance and data governance standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, reporting, and enterprise structures
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Experience supporting large-scale retail or enterprise environments
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with administrative-level D365 tasks
  • Nice-to-Have - Experience with system integrations in retail or ERP environments
  • Nice-to-Have - Exposure to Power Platform or Azure services
  • Nice-to-Have - Knowledge of Canadian business compliance standards
  • Nice-to-Have - Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
