About the role
- Support and maintain D365 Finance & Operations modules
- Perform administrative tasks and system configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across GL, AP, AR, and reporting
- Collaborate with end users and IT teams to correct data and system errors
- Recommend process and system improvements to prevent recurring issues
- Document resolutions and maintain support logs
- Ensure system integrations function effectively for retail operations
- Participate in testing and validation of fixes and enhancements
- Provide technical input for enterprise structure configurations
- Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations
- Assist with reporting and analytics setup
- Follow compliance and data governance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, reporting, and enterprise structures
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Experience supporting large-scale retail or enterprise environments
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with administrative-level D365 tasks
- Nice-to-Have - Experience with system integrations in retail or ERP environments
- Nice-to-Have - Exposure to Power Platform or Azure services
- Nice-to-Have - Knowledge of Canadian business compliance standards
- Nice-to-Have - Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
