Maintenance, administration and operation of the ERP system (currently SAP R/3) and peripheral systems
Support for global system harmonization, in particular support for the migration from R/3 ECC6.0 (on HANA) to S/4 HANA
Requirement analysis and implementation of new future-proof solutions in close coordination with IT strategy and the business's process requirements
Perform system configurations via Customizing and analyze new system-side migration and harmonization potentials
Support SAP Basis/infrastructure projects in all critical phases, assume responsibility as (partial) project manager and participate in global SAP rollouts
Execute internal SAP projects and coordinate external partners
Serve as a competent point of contact for all SAP Basis/infrastructure-related questions.

Requirements

Completed vocational training
More than 3 years' experience in the IT industry
Strong SAP R/3 knowledge (at minimum) in SAP Basis/infrastructure administration
Ideally some initial experience with SAP S/4 HANA and solid general IT knowledge
Experience in archiving and authorizations management
Analytical thinking, structured working style and organizational skills
Independent and confident implementation of IT requirements through Customizing
Process-oriented mindset and consulting attitude
Initiative and commitment
Team player, reliable and strong communication skills
Business-fluent German and English
