Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, completed commercial training, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably in personnel services and/or contracting/project business
  • Experience in establishing and expanding customer relationships, ideally in a key account environment
  • Strong consulting and closing skills and a confident presence at decision‑maker level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high self‑initiative and a drive to actively shape processes
  • Willingness to take responsibility and to develop into a leadership role over the long term
  • Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and a confident command of MS Office
