About the role
- Expansion of existing customer relationships
- Active acquisition of new customers

Requirements
- Degree in business administration, completed commercial training, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably in personnel services and/or contracting/project business
- Experience in establishing and expanding customer relationships, ideally in a key account environment
- Strong consulting and closing skills and a confident presence at decision‑maker level
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high self‑initiative and a drive to actively shape processes
- Willingness to take responsibility and to develop into a leadership role over the long term
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and a confident command of MS Office
