Maintenance, administration and operation of the ERP system (currently SAP R/3) and surrounding systems.
Support for global system harmonization, particularly assistance with the migration from R/3 ECC6.0 (on HANA) to S/4 HANA.
Requirement analysis and implementation of new, future-proof solutions in close alignment with IT strategy and the business process requirements.
Performing system configurations via customizing, and analyzing new system-side migration and harmonization potentials.
Supporting SAP Basis/infrastructure projects in all key phases, taking responsibility as (partial) project lead and participating in global SAP rollouts.
Executing internal SAP projects and coordinating external partners.
Serving as a competent point of contact for all SAP Basis/infrastructure related questions.

Requirements

Completed vocational training.
More than 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
Excellent SAP R/3 knowledge (at minimum) in SAP Basis/infrastructure administration.
Ideally some initial experience with SAP S/4 HANA and solid general IT knowledge.
Experience in archiving and authorization/roles management.
Analytical thinking, structured working methods and organizational skills.
Independent and confident implementation of IT requirements via customizing.
Process-oriented mindset and consulting attitude.
Initiative and commitment.
Teamwork, reliability and strong communication skills.
Business-fluent German and English.
