About the role: An experienced Scientific Business analyst you will be confident working in Life Sciences to consultatively define, implement and help support our solution to the delight of our customers. You will have a deep knowledge of LIMS, ELN and SDMS products and their application within the Laboratory setting.
The working location: We are open to considering someone based in either the US or in the UK (so long as you have the right to work in either of these countries).
This will be a primarily remote position, with up to 30% travel expected to client sites, and in-person team meetings on a quarterly basis (subject to Business needs).
Requirements
Previous experience with LIMS or ELN software
Life Sciences experience working within a Lab (preferably introducing new IT solutions)
A BS/BA degree or equivalent in Life Science (e.g. molecular biology, chemistry)
Qualified in lean Six Sigma
Working knowledge and experience with JIRA and Confluence
Substantial experience of effectively managing external stakeholders including strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships at all levels.
Experience leading external client workshops, documenting business needs and outcomes.
Proven organizational skills, with the ability to deliver agreed workload within deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, problem solving, interviewing, data analysis and fact-finding skills.
