Service Sales Specialist
SAPService Sales Specialist at Innomotics focusing on sales activities and market development. Driving service growth, account management, and collaboration with regional sales teams in the energy sector.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prioritize customers and drives Service Sales activities
- Be proactive to serve our customer Installed Base for defined regions/customers, promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions
- Work in close collaboration with Regional Sales teams serving various sales channels, identifying and developing customer opportunities for Services
- Define the service part of the customer strategy
- Visit customers based on Customer Service approach and in coordination with Regional Sales to support, consult and drive deals to closure
- Generate service sales leads, develop new market opportunities and explore potential new service portfolios
- Coordinate technical development of offers, fully understand and negotiate them with customers
- Maintain a service-related proposal pipeline for their line of duty
- Provide input for marketing and represent service portfolio in marketing activities
- Drive regular knowledge exchange on strategy and portfolio and engage the Regional Sales, Regional CS, IN CS HQ and sales partners
- Actively manage Customer Service Regional Sales via service sales planning on account and opportunity level for defined service portfolio, key accounts in a defined region
- Support Regional Sales, Regional Innomotics division and CS in business planning and forecasting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering
- 2-3 years Sales experience or other type of marketing i.e. customer interfacing function with a successful proven track record
- 2-3 years track record of technical oriented activities in service/ engineering and/ or commissioning
- 2-3 years’ experience in executing projects successfully and 1 year in developing proposals
- Awareness of Innomotics products & technologies in addition to Customer Services portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Account Management, Customer Development and Customer Services processes
- Teamwork and coaching skills
- Experience working with multicultural and multinational organizations and working in international environments
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, business writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (Fluent Arabic Language is an advantage).
