About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and expand our Geared Motors business
  • Build long ‑ term relationships with partners, OEMs, and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute the commercial strategy
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Configure and select Geared Motors using internal tools
  • Collaborate closely with our factories and internal support functions
  • Handle customer escalations when required
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas
  • Promote digital tools and e ‑ commerce solutions to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in technical sales or business development (a plus, not required)
  • Knowledge of motors, rotating machinery, or drive technology (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer ‑ oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Interest in technology and industrial applications
  • Ability to manage your own planning and priorities
  • Language skills: Native Finnish speaker (must)
  • Strong command of English (required)
  • Strong command of Russian (required)
  • German and other Baltic language is a plus
