About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Customer focus is key - The role will identify and build up new customers in potential markets.
- Within our factory based team, you will manage customers directly and build the sales interface.
- You will expand the low voltage business and work within our strong sales channels for OEM’s and partners building relationships, managing RFQ’s and driving orders according to growth targets.
- The position has to oversee the financial aspects of the respective business or customers, including revenue, margin, operating expenses and T&C.
- You are able to set up and follow a business plan and the related strategy, which ensure consistent growth in profitability and market share.
- Drive the CRM activities by developing local go-to-market strategies, expanding existing customer relationships, and opening new revenue channels.
- Customer centricity: Strengthen long-term customer partnerships by ensuring best-in-class support, responsiveness, and innovation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical degree - Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
- Sales or business development skills with 3-5 years working experience in account and project management roles within CRM; ideally in Low Voltage Motors
- Team spirit
- Self-driven, stable delivery under pressure
- Global market background in electric Motors Product sales
- Strong Customer Focus with passion for Low Voltage Motors
- Active communication skills
- Advanced English required, German preferable
- Integrity, honesty and loyalty
