About the role

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and HR administration
  • Monitor and record all staff absences on the relevant HR systems
  • Assist with monthly Payroll, compiling reports which include all staff changes
  • Create and maintain employee records, physically and in relevant HR systems
  • Advertise vacancies and provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Assist with onboarding successful candidates and ensuring they have a smooth induction process

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator/HR Assistant or in a similar HR support role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and maintaining employee records
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive and adaptable approach
  • Customer-focused with a passion for supporting employees and stakeholders
