About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and HR administration
- Monitor and record all staff absences on the relevant HR systems
- Assist with monthly Payroll, compiling reports which include all staff changes
- Create and maintain employee records, physically and in relevant HR systems
- Advertise vacancies and provide an excellent candidate experience
- Assist with onboarding successful candidates and ensuring they have a smooth induction process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as an HR Administrator/HR Assistant or in a similar HR support role
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and maintaining employee records
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive and adaptable approach
- Customer-focused with a passion for supporting employees and stakeholders
