About the role

  • leading compliance assurance to ensure reliable, compliant asset handover from EPC to Operations
  • establishing and overseeing standards, procedures, and performance aligned with NERC Reliability Standards
  • providing technical expertise for compliance program development, tracking, and reporting
  • ensuring accountability to NERC and ISO requirements, advising EPC and Operations on compliance issues
  • supporting external and internal audits, including audit preparation and ongoing standards reviews
  • monitoring regulatory changes, support risk and change management, and build strong cross‑functional stakeholder relationships

  • are able to identify business-critical requirements and prioritize accordingly when the team may need to shift direction in the event of a major incident or new standard being introduced.
