About the role

  • Photograph and film daily camp activities (on and off campus)
  • Collaborate with the Camp Director, Marketing team and camp staff to plan content priorities
  • Create daily photo slideshows and short video reels with brief narrative captions for parents
  • Produce a highlight video capturing the best moments of each camp session
  • Create curated photo selections and short-form promotional video content for use on social media
  • Edit and enhance photo/video content using tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Organise, label and maintain a structured digital archive of content
  • Ensure compliance with image-use consent, safeguarding and media policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in photography, videography and digital/social content creation
  • Experience creating short-form social content such as reels, stories and short videos
  • Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Strong visual sensitivity and ability to adapt content style for different audiences and platforms
  • Ability to work professionally in an educational environment with minors
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language level: Advanced/Proficiency (C1–C2)
  • Valid permission to work in Italy/EU
  • A portfolio (or sample work) and a link to a social media account/website showcasing your content
