About the role
- Promote students' socio-emotional development, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive school environment
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to address behavioral issues and support student wellbeing
- Conduct individual and group sessions with students and/or families, helping to mediate conflicts and encourage dialogue
- Identify specific needs and, when necessary, refer students to external psychological or social support services
- Participate in pedagogical meetings, contributing strategies to improve school climate and interpersonal relationships
Requirements
- Degree in Educational Guidance, Educational Psychopedagogy, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to mediate conflicts and build trusting relationships with students, families, and teaching staff
- Clear and empathetic communication skills
- Previous experience in educational guidance or related areas
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas related to educational guidance or socio-emotional development is a plus
