About the role

  • Lead the strategy and execution of customer services across the entire lifecycle of industrial products and solutions
  • Ensure maximum availability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Design and implement after-sales service strategies for motors, drives, and industrial systems
  • Coordinate maintenance, repair, spare parts, modernization, and technical training services
  • Oversee Service Quotations, Repair Center, Service Delivery and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Drive service sales by developing go-to-market strategies, expanding existing customer relationships, and opening new revenue channels
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing service organization that delivers both operational excellence and sales results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Administration, or related fields
  • Senior Manager with 8+ years of experience in Service Leadership positions
  • Strategic leadership and team management that can build strong, high performing teams
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial or technical services management
  • Experienced in Sales, Service Delivery Management, Repair Workshops
  • Background in Oil & Gas and/or Mining is a plus
  • Digitalization experience is an advantage
  • Experience in High & Medium Voltage Products is an advantage
  • Communication & negotiation, collaboration, analytical and change management skills.
