About the role
- Responsible for end-to-end tendering process including supplier qualification and contract management
- Ensure compliance with internal and external tendering rules
- Prepare clear documentation for management and stakeholders
- Lead communication with suppliers through sourcing activities
- Contribute to quality assurance processes by reviewing documentation
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing sourcing processes from strategy to contract signing
- Passion for negotiation and planning skills for successful execution of negotiations
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to identify commercial opportunities for cost reductions while meeting requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
