About the role
- Handling orders and projects and supporting customers in the motor and inverter manufacturing area at the Nuremberg plant
- Transparent and goal-oriented communication and effective collaboration with customers at national and international levels
- Managing large customer orders as projects, including engineering schedules, delivery dates of critical components, and shortages for production
- Ensuring on-time delivery to customers and coordinating potential escalations
- Serving as the primary contact for customer visits and plant tours in the motor area
- Processing customer orders inside and outside the plant using SAP
- Actively contributing to the introduction of new IT tools and processes as well as to longer-term special projects such as value-stream projects and the launch of new product lines
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a related field, or alternatively a commercial or technical apprenticeship with several years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Experience with the SAP modules SD, MM and PP
- Open and outgoing communication style, especially with customers
- Confident use of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Logistics background and know-how in electric drive manufacturing advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and a high customer- and solution-orientation
- Proactive and a team player
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
