About the role
- Lead and manage complex financial reporting processes for legal entities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting
- Anchor and deliver specialized accounting projects
- Perform high quality reconciliations and manage historical balance sheets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality accounting products
- Take ownership of ad hoc accounting tasks and support colleagues across regions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, controlling, or similar (ACA-qualified)
- Subject matter expertise in financial reporting with experience in public accounting or international company
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial ERPs (SAP, Hyperion), and reconciliation software (Cadency)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Results-oriented, problem-solver with positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and European hours.
