About the role

  • Conduct, assess, and propose solutions for rewards and benefits across the APAC region
  • Determine rewards and benefits benchmarks and ensure HR practices align with governance
  • Support design, review, and execution of rewards programs for local business needs
  • Act as subject matter expert to HR colleagues and people leaders
  • Keep policies and concepts up-to-date with business needs and improve opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in APAC total rewards in an international and culturally diverse environment
  • Exceptional analytical abilities
  • Strong business acumen and proactive approach
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills such as Chinese preferred
  • Skilled in advanced Excel and presentations
