About the role
- Conduct, assess, and propose solutions for rewards and benefits across the APAC region
- Determine rewards and benefits benchmarks and ensure HR practices align with governance
- Support design, review, and execution of rewards programs for local business needs
- Act as subject matter expert to HR colleagues and people leaders
- Keep policies and concepts up-to-date with business needs and improve opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in APAC total rewards in an international and culturally diverse environment
- Exceptional analytical abilities
- Strong business acumen and proactive approach
- Fluent in English; additional language skills such as Chinese preferred
- Skilled in advanced Excel and presentations
