About the role
- head the Onshore Project Engineering team within EPC
- set engineering standards, manage resources, and influence strategic decisions
- lead and develop the Project Engineering team across all project phases
- define and implement engineering strategies, processes, and standards
- manage design activities with third-party consultants and contractors
- advise on technology selection, project development, and contract negotiations
- mentor engineers and managers to build technical expertise and best practices
- ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety requirements
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
- 8+ years of renewable energy experience (wind, solar, or storage) or similar industry background and experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams or similar background and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
- demonstrated success in managing complex projects and mitigating technical risks
- communicate effectively and can translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovation and sustainability
