About the role
- Provide engineering leadership across all BoP and OT systems
- Lead engineering assessments and asset condition evaluation
- Oversee technical investigations for BoP and OT related incidents
- Develop integrated asset integrity strategies
- Govern modification and configuration changes to BoP and OT assets
- Drive cross functional improvement initiatives across the entire asset portfolio.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant engineering degree (e.g., electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, civil, or control engineering)
- Solid experience with BoP system and/or OT system in an operational asset environment
- Strong analytical and engineering assessment skills
- Ability to interpret structural, mechanical, electrical, and control system performance data
- Knowledge across multidisciplinary domains (electrical system, civil components, mechanical equipment, SCADA/PLC systems, cybersecurity)
- Experience in leading technical investigation and root cause analysis
- Excel in cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Clear and credible communication skills.
