About the role

  • Strategic and operational advising of leaders worldwide on all HR-related matters
  • Development, implementation and management of global HR projects and processes in areas such as employer branding, talent management, performance, organizational development, employee secondments/assignments, etc.
  • Establishment and scaling of HR processes while taking local labor law requirements into account
  • Ensuring the provision and verification of all payroll-relevant data for payroll processing in cooperation with external service providers
  • Responsibility for the design and administration of the company pension scheme
  • Cooperation with the works council in Germany, including the design and negotiation of works agreements
  • Monitoring relevant HR KPIs and deriving actions
  • Coordination of external HR service providers and legal counsel in the respective countries

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in an international, dynamic environment
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils
  • Ability to develop and implement scalable HR structures without local HR teams
  • Strong intercultural competence, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Hands-on mentality, high level of initiative and a structured working style
  • Business-fluent German and English
