About the role
- Work closely with senior management team on Ørsted’s overall strategy
- Lead and support strategic workstreams for the Group Executive Team
- Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Identify strategic challenges and opportunities
- Scope initiatives and drive projects from concept to recommendation
- Manage senior stakeholders across the organization
- Prepare high-quality presentations and decision materials for executive discussions
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB)
- Strong track record in strategy projects
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to distill insights from complex information
- Strong communication capabilities for senior audiences

- Ability to influence stakeholders across diverse functions
