- Managing implementation projects within larger transformation programmes
- Designing new processes, organisational changes, tools and KPIs
- Supporting the people side of change through well-proven methods
- Creating communication for training as well as wider understanding and adaptation
- Facilitating group processes for design finalisation and an iterative management of the test and implementation phases
Requirements
- Certified in a project management approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Process design experience from lean or a similar process-oriented context
- Master well-proven methods in organisational change management
- Collaborative, curious, and client-focused mindset
- Some experience in hands-on implementation, preferably as external consultant or in a large corporation
