About the role
- Provide guidance and support to teaching and non-teaching staff on all HR matters
- Oversee and validate pre-payroll processes in line with Uruguayan labor regulations
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team on personnel-related matters
- Act as the main liaison with Inspired’s regional and central HR teams
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with Uruguayan labor legislation
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Experience working in fast-growing organizations, ideally within international or education-related settings
- In-depth knowledge of Uruguayan labor law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, service-oriented environment
