About the role
- Innomotics: industry-leading supplier of motors and large drive systems enabling energy efficiency and the energy transition
- Early-career sales development role to learn market, applications, quoting and selling medium voltage motors, VFD technologies and services
- Sell to End Users, OEMs, EPCs, and distributors
- Upon successful completion, transition to Regional Account Manager responsible for an assigned customer base
- Report to Regional Sales Director; role based in Denver, CO
- Responsible for studying and learning the medium voltage motor and drives market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 2+ years’ experience working in a sales role
- Experience in the use of CRM tools to supervise selling activities
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Basic working knowledge of integrated drive solutions (motor, drive, system solution, etc.)
- Basic experience selling to large OEMs and End Users
- Basic understanding of industrial vertical markets in pumps and compression
