About the role

  • Lead and develop the school’s PE and sports programmes across Primary and Secondary levels
  • Ensure alignment with IB and Cambridge curriculum standards
  • Oversee sports staff, coaching programmes, and student athletic development
  • Organize and promote intra- and inter-school competitions and sports events
  • Manage sports facilities, budgets, and safety standards
  • Foster a positive culture of health, teamwork, and sportsmanship across the school community

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Valid registration or licensing in PE/Sports Science teaching, with eligibility to work legally in Vietnam
  • Additional certification in sports leadership, athletic administration, or coaching is an advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years of teaching and leadership experience in sports or physical education, preferably in an IB and/or Cambridge international school setting
  • Strong background in curriculum design, team leadership, and event organization
  • Proven ability to promote student wellbeing, sportsmanship, and inclusive participation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
