About the role
- Lead and develop the school’s PE and sports programmes across Primary and Secondary levels
- Ensure alignment with IB and Cambridge curriculum standards
- Oversee sports staff, coaching programmes, and student athletic development
- Organize and promote intra- and inter-school competitions and sports events
- Manage sports facilities, budgets, and safety standards
- Foster a positive culture of health, teamwork, and sportsmanship across the school community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- Valid registration or licensing in PE/Sports Science teaching, with eligibility to work legally in Vietnam
- Additional certification in sports leadership, athletic administration, or coaching is an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching and leadership experience in sports or physical education, preferably in an IB and/or Cambridge international school setting
- Strong background in curriculum design, team leadership, and event organization
- Proven ability to promote student wellbeing, sportsmanship, and inclusive participation
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
