About the role
- Grow the business: develop the sales network and identify new customers across Northern Italy.
- Build relationships: nurture and retain existing clients, becoming a trusted and competent reference point.
- Bring the Innomotics value to market: promote Geared Motors and Drives solutions, showing customers how they can integrate and improve their production systems.
- Be on the field: visit customers, attend trade fairs, and support training activities for agents and partners.
- Collaborate and contribute: work closely with the Sales Support team to build effective technical and commercial offers, sharing ideas and proposals to improve tools and processes.
- Shape the strategy: gather insights on market trends and competitors to help define the next steps for our commercial growth.
Requirements
- A technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial or technical-sales roles within the industrial sector, preferably involving motors, gearboxes, or automation.
- A hands-on, self-driven attitude with a focus on tangible results — you like clear goals and seeing their impact.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders — from technicians to entrepreneurs — with a direct and practical approach.
- Fluency in English , to interact with international colleagues and headquarters.
- Willingness to travel across Northern Italy to meet customers and partners.
