About the role

  • You’ll be at the forefront of a strategic transformation.
  • You’ll build and lead our finance operations hub from the ground up, shaping processes, recruiting top talents, and delivering exceptional service to our global teams.
  • Lead the setup of our Finance SSC that supports our operations in JAPAC and MEA from process design to service delivery and governance.
  • Define the SSC’s operating model, performance metrics, and roadmap in alignment with SAP Fioneer’s global strategy.
  • Drive the transition of key finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) into the SSC with precision and care, utilize AI Agents to build actionable use cases.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Create a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement standardized, scalable processes with strong controls and automation.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-tier service delivery and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships across regions and functions. Communicate progress, challenges, and wins to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or global process ownership.
  • Proven success in setting up or scaling finance SSCs in a multinational environment.
  • Deep knowledge of finance processes and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the software or financial services industry is a big plus.
