  • Contribute to the commissioning and analysis of market research by providing input to properly structure the work, aiming to obtain information to develop launch strategies and to renew/maintain product catalogs.
  • Supervise and/or carry out the compilation, preparation and editing of manuscripts (print books, e-books, digital objects), ensuring that quality standards and the editorial characteristics of the product are maintained.
  • Be responsible for meeting schedules by monitoring the various stages of the editorial process and, when necessary, implementing alternative strategies to achieve the proposed objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, Technology and Services departments by providing input and other requested materials for the production of promotional assets and sales team training.
  • Monitor discussions related to education in Brazil — government book procurement programs, assessment systems, curriculum reforms — and participate in conferences, seminars and other events that provide insights for the development of new projects.

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Languages and Literature (Letras), Humanities or Publishing, with specialization in educational (didactic) and literary editing.
