全社の予算策定・見込み集計プロセス、期中予実管理を支援・推進
月次・四半期決算プロセスに関連するレポーティング資料の作成、財務数値の分析
財務規律向上と経営管理プロセスの質向上のため、他ファイナンスチームとも連携し、全社レベルでのプロセス改善やプロセス構築を提案、リード
各事業部(海外含む)や間接部門とのパートナリングを推進し、予実管理、経営資源配分、戦略的な意思決定に貢献
各種サポート:取締役会や社内エグゼクティブレベルへの提案・報告資料の作成、経営の意思決定に繋がるような経営状況の各種分析をリードし提案

Requirements

What you’ll need

グローバル企業の複雑なマトリックス組織における5年以上のFP&A経験
IFRSなど会計基準に関する知識/業務経験
部門横断的なプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
分析力と問題解決能力:複雑なデータを多面的に分析し、課題設定、提案にまで結び付けられる方
コミュニケーション能力:数字に強く、物事をロジカルに考え、人に伝える事が出来る方
ステークホルダーマネジメント力:他部門、海外、シニアマネジメント等、幅広いステークホルダーと密に連携してプロジェクトを推進出来る方
リーダーシップ:自らが起点となり他部門のメンバーを巻き込みながら業務・プロジェクトを自律的に推進していける方
