About the role

  • Support the Product Manager in defining product vision and roadmaps by conducting market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business case assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and external partners to translate requirements into execution and ensure timely delivery.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and data sources (such as IQVIA and field visits) to identify trends, pain points, and new product opportunities.
  • Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans by creating sales enablement materials, conducting training, and coordinating post-launch reviews.
  • Monitor KPIs (adoption, revenue, retention) and utilize data analytics to report on success metrics and recommend continuous product improvements to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project coordination
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and the ability to effectively manage the 5 Ps of Marketing (Product, Place, Price, People, Promotion)
  • Proven ability to use data and logic to drive decision-making and connect business strategy to tactical execution
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A customer-centric professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
