About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • 6+ months cash handling experience (Required)
  • 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience (Required)
  • Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping others
  • Ability to identify and escalate risk concerns to appropriate channels
  • Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement
  • Energetic, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency and basic math skills
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Spanish/English bilingual ability (Preferred)
