About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end change management strategy supporting CFO workstreams within the M&A programme
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness plans
  • Develop and deliver supplier communications and engagement activities, including notifications, guidance, FAQs, external websites and supporting materials
  • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier-facing change and coordinate supplier queries through resolution
  • Produce communications, presentations and engagement materials for varied stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
  • Conduct change impact assessments and support mitigation activities
  • Partner with Programme Managers, Business Leads, Technology and Communications teams
  • Develop and coordinate training, awareness and adoption activities
  • Identify and manage change-related risks, issues and dependencies
  • Support business readiness, cutover communications and post-go-live adoption activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience delivering business change and communications within large-scale transformation or M&A programmes
  • Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans and business readiness activities across complex organisations (Required)
  • Experience facilitating workshops, impact assessments and stakeholder engagement sessions (Preferred)
  • Experience developing training, communications and adoption materials for diverse audiences (Required)
  • Experience working within Financial Services or other regulated industries (Preferred)
