About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end change management strategy supporting CFO workstreams within the M&A programme
Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness plans
Develop and deliver supplier communications and engagement activities, including notifications, guidance, FAQs, external websites and supporting materials
Act as the primary point of contact for supplier-facing change and coordinate supplier queries through resolution
Produce communications, presentations and engagement materials for varied stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
Conduct change impact assessments and support mitigation activities
Partner with Programme Managers, Business Leads, Technology and Communications teams
Develop and coordinate training, awareness and adoption activities
Identify and manage change-related risks, issues and dependencies
Support business readiness, cutover communications and post-go-live adoption activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience delivering business change and communications within large-scale transformation or M&A programmes
Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans and business readiness activities across complex organisations (Required)
Experience facilitating workshops, impact assessments and stakeholder engagement sessions (Preferred)
Experience developing training, communications and adoption materials for diverse audiences (Required)
Experience working within Financial Services or other regulated industries (Preferred)
