Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, and maintenance of the Digital Workplace Estate including Citrix, Cloud PCs, Thin Clients.
  • Ensuring a seamless and efficient digital workspace experience.
  • Critical in enabling remote and flexible work arrangements by providing reliable access to our digital resources.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Endpoint Management.
  • Experience with Citrix Cloud services and hybrid cloud deployments.
  • Familiarity with networking principles and protocols relevant to Citrix environments.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting to streamline Citrix platform operations.
  • Understanding of user experience design and management in a digital workspace context.
  • Strong technical expertise in Citrix technologies and digital workspace solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Confident people manager, able to lead through pace, ambiguity and competing operational priorities.
  • Experience with management of an M365 platform a bonus
