About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Representation & Case Handling for members in formal and informal settings
- Handling disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases
- Review (as required) of employment processes and workplace policies
- Relationship Management on behalf of Advance Union
- Organising advocacy as a foundation of member recruitment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of working for a Trade Union or in an Employee Relations role (preferred)
- Experience handling disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases (preferred)
- Sound understanding of employment processes and workplace policies (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases at once (required)
- Experience delivering or supporting engagement activities and campaigns (preferred)
- Demonstrates commitment to inclusive practices and fair representation (required)
- Experience of coaching and developing others (preferred)
