About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and deliver complex, bank-wide transformation initiatives across Non-Financial Risk
  • Translate strategic intent into executable programmes, shaping scope, sequencing and benefits rather than simply “running the plan”
  • Align the implementation strategies by selecting the right approach, prioritising aspects of the work, balancing conflicting demands and managing Business IT and Operational areas so as to achieve the benefits identified
  • Provide key stakeholders with timely assessment of project and change performance
  • Develop, maintaining, and managing risk within the team for each assigned project
  • Ensuring timely and consistent communication to stakeholders on progress, impacts, and changes associated with management of the change

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Great critical thinking and analytical capability — able to: (Required)
  • Deconstruct complex problems into root causes
  • Proven ability to ask the right questions not just provide answers
  • Great judgement — knowing when to escalate, when to simplify, and when to push back (Required)
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing change management principles, methodologies and tools (Required)
  • Proven experience of project management approaches, tools and phases of a project life-cycle (Required)
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail (Required)
